We charge a flat rate of $40.00 per hour for all our services via on site, phone and remote support. (1 hour minimum) We do charge for travel time to you. There is no charge if you are located within 30 minutes of our location. We have the ability to access your computer remotely with your permission and help you with any problems you might have.
